Bill Asher Was An American Film Director, Television Producer, And Screenwriter

During his lifetime, he created more than two dozen series and films. Asher remained active in the entertainment industry until his death in 2006. He was best known for his work on the popular TV show Cheers. He produced and directed several hit TV shows in the 1970s and 1980s.
